Appellant believes the Appellee is receiving a large contribution of the pension than what was ordered in their divorce decree and subsequent orders. The district court denied Appellant’s Amended Complaint for Declaratory Relief and ordered him to pay Appellee’s attorney’s fees in the amount of $2500.

Appellant contends the district court erred in (1) failing to enter an order allocating Appellee’s share of the military retirement benefits based on the date of the parties’ divorce, (2) in awarding attorney fees to Appellee, and (3) in failing to award him attorney fees.
